Add schema.org JSON-LD for the product

A SoftwareApplication block in JSON-LD gives search engines the product name, URL and description in a structured form. It does not replace a clear page. The type is published by schema.org.

How to check

  1. View the source of the public homepage and find one script with type application/ld+json.
  2. Check that @type is SoftwareApplication, or a more specific type from schema.org that really matches the product.
  3. The name and description should match the visible page. Leave the fields out if you do not have them.
  4. Confirm the JSON parses. A trailing comma makes the whole block useless.
