Terms
These terms cover use of shipitchecklist.com, run by [TRADING NAME] of [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
The checklists
The checklists, prompts and error pages are information. They are not a security audit, legal advice, or a promise that an app is safe to launch. You are responsible for the code you ship, including changes made by a coding agent from a prompt on this site.
Accounts and payments
This version has no user accounts. There are three optional payments, all in GBP through Stripe. A sponsored slot inside a checklist section is described on the advertise page. The price shown there is charged monthly. You provide a name, URL, logo and a short description. Paying does not publish the slot. A person approves it first. After approval it stays up for the term shown on that page, unless a later paid invoice extends the date or the subscription is cancelled. We can refuse a booking or remove a live slot. Editorial checklist notes are not for sale. The AI-Ready Pack is a one-time download described on its own page. The price shown there is charged once. After Stripe marks the payment paid, the success page shows a signed download link that expires at the time stored on the order. The file is for the site you bought it for. It is not a ranking promise, and the fee is not refunded from this template. Checklist access is a one-time payment at the price shown on the checklist. It opens the steps and prompts that are not in the free preview, on every stack. Access does not expire. A cookie remembers it in the browser that finished Checkout, and a one-time email link can open it on another device. The fee is not refunded from this template. Have a refund rule reviewed before you rely on it.
Newsletter
If you submit an email, we store it as described on the privacy page. We do not send messages yet. When sending starts, it should use a confirmation step. You can ask for deletion at [CONTACT EMAIL] once that address is real.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form, probe the site for other people's data, or present the checklists as your own paid audit without doing the work.
Liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, [TRADING NAME] is not liable for losses from following a checklist or prompt. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
